The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented Team Assistant or Administrator looking to step up into a more senior support role. In this role, you will report directly to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO to provide high-quality administrative support to our four members of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Our Executive Leadership Team is committed, approachable, and genuinely supportive - fostering an environment where your ideas and growth are encouraged! You’ll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment, gaining hands-on exposure to executive-level operations and building your skills in corporate administration. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to; Manage complex calendars, meetings, and schedules for senior executives Book and coordinate travel, accommodation, and itineraries as well as expense management Prepare, format and proofread reports, presentations, and other business documents Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the ELT Support the planning of key events, offsites, and team activities Help maintain an organised and efficient executive office environment Work closely with the wider Executive Administration team on shared tasks and support our front office Receptionist when required Manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Support day-to-day administrative tasks and respond to ad hoc needs The Person You’re proactive, positive, and have a passion for helping others succeed. You will have experience as a previous Team Assistant, Office Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant, and are now ready to take on a more senior and dynamic role supporting our ELT. We’re looking for someone who brings: 3 years’ experience in a corporate team support or administrative role (corporate or professional setting) Excellent organisation and time management skills Confidence working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Clear and professional communication skills – written and verbal A hands-on, can-do attitude, with the ability to manage multiple priorities High levels of discretion, trust, attention to detail and confidentiality A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience (preferred but not essential) Why Join Patties?
