Business Analyst / Tester – Identity Program (6 Month Contract) We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with testing skills to join a high-profile Identity Program. This is a unique opportunity to work across two key streams – Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) – helping shape and strengthen identity processes that are critical to security and compliance. What you’ll be doing: Partnering with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for IGA and PAM initiatives; Supporting application onboarding into SailPoint, from current state analysis through to requirements and testing; Working with platform owners to enable PAM onboarding and improve governance processes; Analysing and enhancing identity processes to boost efficiency, security, and audit outcomes; Facilitating workshops to bring together technical and business stakeholders; Leading testing activities including planning, scenario design, and issue resolution; Producing clear, high-quality documentation to support delivery; and Contributing to change management through impact assessments, training, and communication support. What we’re looking for: Strong experience as a Business Analyst on Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects; Knowledge of IGA concepts; SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ experience highly regarded; Experience in PAM (BeyondTrust or similar preferred); Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate between business and technical teams; Strong process mapping, analysis, and documentation skills; Clear and confident communication style; and Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
