About The Role Burbank has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Site Manager to join the Construction team in Sydney's Northwest. In this role you'll have access to an encouraging and supportive Construction Manager, strong IT systems and support, and a high performing and experienced office-based support team. Role You will be empowered to manage your allocated sites and deliver high quality Burbank homes and a smooth and engaging customer experience. And you’ll benefit from being part of a growing business with demonstrated exceptional build quality and a network of very happy customers. The role will have you doing the following but not limited to: Managing allocated domestic construction sites. Maintain a high level of OH&S on all sites Interpreting building plans & adhering to regulations and codes of practice Liaising with sub-contractors & suppliers to ensure Efficiency of build program Maintaining accurate & effective scheduling of material delivery & labour Completing quality assurance inspections in line with company Procedures & relevant standards Monitoring & controlling cost expenditure Liaise with customers providing a high level of customer service. About You Comparable volume building site management experience Tertiary qualification in building and construction or similar discipline Clickhome experience (preferred) Excellent communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail A vibrant, approachable and positive personality with a team-oriented mentality with the ability to work autonomously An aptitude for project management and be technically minded.
