We’re seeking a Director of Sales to guide diverse sales teams, drive consistent revenue growth, and shape sales strategy for a portfolio of workplace training and certification businesses. Why this opportunity is exciting: You’ll lead both U.S. and international sales strategies with measurable impact. You’ll mentor and grow a high-performing team while managing budgets and forecasts. You’ll represent the organization at major industry events through panels and speaking opportunities. You’ll partner closely with product and business units, ensuring strategies align with unique markets. What we’re looking for: Proven leadership experience managing sales teams in a multi-brand or multi-unit structure. Track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets (YOY growth of 10%). Strong background in e-learning, certification, consulting, or B2B training industries. Balance of big-picture strategy and hands-on execution. Excellent coaching, communication, and analytical skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 7 years of experience in sales leadership.
