We’re on the hunt for a visionary, commercially minded Head of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy across TMRW Music’s core divisions: events, touring, and recorded music. As a key member of the senior leadership team, this role reports directly to the CEO and manages a talented team of senior and mid-level marketers. Key Responsibilities of the Head of Marketing Lead the development and execution of an integrated marketing strategy across all divisions. Drive brand growth, cultural relevance, and commercial performance. Oversee a team delivering campaigns across events, artist touring, branded content and music releases. Maintain a high standard of creative output, brand consistency, and audience engagement. Manage marketing budgets and deliver data-led insights to optimise campaigns and business outcomes. The Selection Criteria 10 years in senior marketing roles across live entertainment, media, or agency sectors. Proven experience leading complex, multi-channel campaigns. Deep understanding of music, youth culture, and digital-first marketing strategies. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities.
