Ensure your team delivers projects focusing on client level of service and quality to secure repeat work whilst meeting program and profit targets. Apply advanced engineering principles to devise and deliver practical, economical solutions to problems. Manage the technical and contractual aspects of projects to ensure technical requirements are met and performed in compliance with legal requirements, TTW policies, and procedures. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, authorities, and external stakeholders through effective influence and negotiation. About you: 15 years’ relevant experience in engineering design within a consulting environment in Australia. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent recognized by Engineers Australia. CPEng certification. Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal teams, consultants, and clients. Excellent skills in prioritizing and managing multiple assignments within timeframes and budgets. Working knowledge of BCA requirements and relevant Australian standards.
