Current Client Vacancies 34-year-old male with autism and intellectual disability (non-verbal) Currently in Melbourne CBD; soon relocating to Highett. 7-year-old female with intellectual disability and ADHD School in Aspendale; home in Keysborough Available Shifts Daytime community access Overnight support Casual hours give you the flexibility to balance work with your personal commitments, while making a direct impact in people’s lives. Responsibilities Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities. Facilitate community access, social engagement, and therapy/educational activities. Deliver overnight support, including personal care and light household tasks. Implement and adapt care strategies tailored to each client’s needs. Support clients in building life skills and achieving personal goals. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes. Collaborate with families, health professionals, and team members to ensure quality care. Requirements NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (mandatory) Reliable vehicle valid driver’s licence Right to work in Australia Flexibility to work across different shifts and locations Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain) Compassionate, patient, and committed to inclusion Preferred 3 years experience supporting people with disabilities (especially complex behaviours) Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), Community Services, or equivalent experience Educational or professional background in related fields (e.g. social work, psychology, education, nursing).
