Our client is a well-established and growing law firm providing services across wills and estates, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and e-commerce legal matters. With a strong reputation and modern approach, the firm is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and support the Partners in ensuring smooth and efficient practice management. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with Legal Profession Uniform Law obligations, managing workflow across teams, allocating resources, coordinating client service delivery and mentoring staff to support their professional growth. You will also assist the Partners with operational and strategic initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and supporting the firm’s continued growth. The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Practice Manager, Operations Manager or Senior Legal Administrator within a legal or professional services environment. Strong leadership and organisational skills, sound financial management and the ability to balance compliance with practical business needs are essential.
