This role involves comprehensive oversight of hotel operations, maintenance, and strata management to deliver outstanding guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Leverage your passion, initiative, and strategic approach to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Manage day-to-day profitability, presentation, and operations of the entire property. Oversee financial forecasting, staff rostering, and promotional initiatives to boost sales. Develop and lead the property team to reach their highest potential. Make strategic decisions to increase Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) by collating and analysing data.
