Registrar ESO 5 | 1FTE/45 Weeks The Registrar is the first point of contact for future families, delivering a professional, values-driven service that places students at the centre of the enrolment journey. The role manages applications, interviews, offers, and transitions, ensuring compliance with College policy and CESA requirements while maintaining accurate records and clear communication. Working with the Leadership and Advancement Team, the Registrar helps shape an innovative enrolment strategy, reviews documentation, and supports promotional efforts through tours, events, and open days. The position also provides reports, forecasts, and analysis to guide College planning and Board reporting. In addition, the role liaises with Finance on deposits, manages exemptions and withdrawals, and ensures all families experience a smooth and welcoming process. Supporting enrolment staff across campuses, the Enrolments Officer plays a key role in sustaining strong enrolment outcomes and positively representing the College to the community.
