Title: Project Manager Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver ATM-related projects across our banking network. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including upgrades, deployments, compliance initiatives, and integration of new ATM technologies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors (such as NCR), and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ATM-related projects, including hardware/software upgrades, new deployments, and compliance initiatives. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources. Collaborate with vendors (e.g., NCR), internal IT, operations, and business units to ensure seamless project execution. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, EMV) and internal security policies. Prepare and present project status reports, risk assessments, and executive updates. Coordinate testing, training, and change management activities. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and stakeholder engagement. Required Skills and Qualifications 5 years of project management experience, preferably in banking or financial services. Proven experience managing ATM or self-service banking technology projects. Strong understanding of ATM infrastructure, software platforms, and vendor ecosystems (e.g., NCR, Diebold Nixdorf). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
