The Client Support a small in-house legal team across Australia/New Zealand/China operations. You’ll help manage contracts end-to-end, triage legal requests, prepare contracts and other legal agreements. You'll be managing company records and otherwise be performing legal admin for a team of experienced lawyers who will be provide training and support throughout. The Role Triage incoming legal requests via a shared inbox/ticketing workflow and ensure lawyers have a complete brief. Draft, review and maintain low-risk templates (e.g., NDAs, placement/secondment or similar agreements) under supervision. Manage contract lifecycle in a contract management system (CLM): log requests, route for approvals, track status, and coordinate e-signing; verify signing authority and policy compliance. Maintain accurate records: index/store executed agreements and produce simple progress reports for stakeholders. Assist with document production for subpoenas/statutory notices (collect, redact, collate) under lawyer supervision and in line with privacy obligations. Maintain corporate records (business names, trademarks, company registers) and assist with routine filings/renewals. Contribute to intranet content updates and basic legal/compliance training materials. General admin support (meetings, invoices, document prep). Occasional out-of-hours work may be required. Required Skills Organisation, follow-through and attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication with varied stakeholders. Analytical thinking and sound judgment on when to escalate. Working independently, showing initiative, and handling confidential info. Experience Law graduate or final-year law student available full-time (ideal). Prior paralegal/clerking experience or internships are a plus (in-house or private practice). Confidence with common workplace tools: email/word processing/spreadsheets/presentations; a CLM platform; an e-signature platform; a shared inbox/ticketing tool; and an intranet/CMS (training provided).
