The Valla Beach Tavern is apart of AB Hotels. At a group level we also operate Kent St. Hotel and Harwood Hotel. AB Hotels is a hospitality group specialising in hotels (pubs) and bars. We provide quality food and beverage offerings as well as top tier service to our guests within enchanting environments across the group. Roles and Responsibilities: preparing for service, which includes ensuring the kitchen is well stocked with the necessary ingredients, as well as cleaning, cutting and marinating food cooking and serving food, while coordinating with other kitchen staff and wait staff maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen ensuring that dishes meet high standards at all stages of preparation and presentation Skills and Qualifications: experience required for the position at least 2 years working as a Chef qualification required for the position at least a Diploma or 3 years working as a Chef ability to work as part of a team and coordinate tasks with others strong communication skills attention to detail good organizational and planning skills ability to work efficiently while under time pressure creativity and an imaginative approach to food presentation
