We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in developing accurate, competitive and innovative electrical cost estimates. This role will suit someone with a strong background in electrical systems and LV and HV networks. In this role you'll be responsible for: Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical projects on our across the waste water and water sector Analysis of design, specifications and technical documentation to identify scope, materials, labour and cost requirements Key point of contact with suppliers and subcontractors to course competitive pricing and assess lead times Coordinating and submitting detailed tenders, bids and formal proposals in line with project deadlines Support operations teams with monitoring program, budget forecasts and risk assessments Identifying innovation and value engineering solutions and efficiency improvements Building and maintaining strong working relationships internally and externally How you'll connect to the role: 5 years experience as an Electrical Estimator Electrical Engineering qualification or trade background in electrical systems Experience working within the civil construction or utilities sector with a proven track record preparing accurate estimates for utilities/infrastructure projects High level communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely Culture Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL .
