About the role: Representing property developers, major institutions, financiers, hoteliers, and high-profile private landholders Property acquisitions and dispositions Large scale/top-tier level development deals Retail, commercial, and industrial leasing & licensing Large-scale conveyancing for major residential developments Work Environment & Flexibility: Hybrid: 1 day WFH, 4 days in-office (at least one Partner in the office daily) Team culture: Very flexible, open-door policy, and a collaborative approach Billables: 5.5 – 6.5 but not strictly enforced The ideal candidate: 1–2 years post-admission with strong academic results and solid property law experience. Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission. A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in property law.
