The Role We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team in Supported Independent Living (SIL) houses across the Northern Beaches. You’ll be working on a 24-hour roster, providing support day, evening, and overnight to ensure our clients live as independently and joyfully as possible. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocating for their individual needs Delivering personalised support including mealtimes, personal care, administering medication, and safe manual handling using a variety of equipment and aids Transporting clients in wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars, and supporting community access and activities Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting on progress so we can celebrate successes and provide the right support when needed What You’ll Need Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent A big heart, patience, and a sense of humour Flexibility to work across a 24-hour roster (including sleepovers/overnights) A driver’s licence (knowledge of the Northern Beaches area is a bonus) What’s In It for You?
