About the role The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing friendly, professional and efficient customer service to the Queensland Tennis Centre (QTC) members and guests. The customer service team member will also provide administrative support to all programs and services. You will be required to have availability on Saturdays & Sundays. Reporting to the QTC Business Operations Lead, in this role you will: Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service via phone, email and face-to-face. Assist with café related tasks as well as sale of merchandise and apparel in the Pro Shop. Support in administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and up to date records. Proactively identify event opportunities and cultivate strong professional networks and relationships. Promote an effective, satisfying and productive working environment within the team. Offer recommendations to support the overall wellbeing of the commercial viability of QTC. About you What you will bring to the role: Responsible Serving of Alcohol certificate (or willing to obtain) Prior experience within a sports store/retail shop/café (desirable) Ability to set priorities, plan work programs and meet deadlines Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Blue Card What’s in it for you?
