You will be responsible for: Leading & mentoring a small team to reach their full potential Managing tender responses, including technical solution design, capability statements & pricing strategy Delivering tailored software demonstrations that clearly communicate value and functionality to stakeholders Evaluating and scouting emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement Collaborating across departments to align product development with business goals and market needs Skills And Experiences What you’ll also need: A degree in GIS, Geospatial Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Product Management 5 years of hands-on experience in geospatial product development Deep knowledge of platforms like ArcGIS, QGIS, MapInfo, and cloud GIS tools A knack for leading teams, managing tenders, and delivering software demos Apply now and help us shape the future of spatial intelligence at MNG.
