About the Role You will oversee the nightly operations at St Kilda Penguin viewing experience. Providing guidance and supervision to staff and volunteers, oversee guest interactions, site presentation, and prioritise safety and quality. Enjoy work life balance and a great team culture Full uniform supplied Training / Induction information Nature Parks are known for their Penguin expertise, that’s why successful candidates will be inducted into Nature Parks at the picturesque Phillip Island. You will need to be available to attend a mandatory induction session from 6 - 9th October on Phillip Island. Transport to and from the island and accommodation will be provided for successful candidates. Following the induction with Nature Parks a mandatory onsite induction will be held at the St Kilda Penguins from 13th October. To be successful, you must be able to attend the above sessions. Key Selection Criteria Proven ability to lead diverse teams and make confident, effective decisions. Strong knowledge of tourism operations, including policy implementation and procedures. Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills in fast-paced environments. Exceptional communication skills across varied audiences. Solid understanding of emergency management, including evacuation, first aid, and hazard identification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Skilled in conflict resolution and de-escalation strategies.
