Based in our Lockleys SA office for a full-time role, as the Team Member Mortgage Operations, you will play an integral role in the development of a cohesive team environment and in building effective relationships with business partners across other teams in Group Operations and the wider Westpac Group. Responsibilities include completing customer requests, communicating with customers via email and telephone, and working with stakeholders across the group to achieve an expected outcome for our customers. You will work to ensure you remain focused on the delivery of quality output, following Westpac protocol, policies and procedures when completing functional activities. What do I need? To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage with a diverse stakeholder group Strong analytical and problem-solving skill Willing to learn and contribute to the success of the team Ability to take initiative and identify areas of opportunity A positive can-do attitude and willingness to adapt to change. Able to commit to work the hours between 8am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, a high level of due diligence and strong attention to detail.
