We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager within our BA team based on site at Frankston Hospital and be a part of the redevelopment project in Victoria and is responsible for the success and delivery of projects and works administered under the contract, and specifically the Contiguous System Assets (CSA) management regime Key Responsibilities : Monitoring and controlling financials, works schedule, contractual requirements, resources (including subcontractors) as well as managing the stakeholders (internal and external) Planning and asset management within this role to provide asset management plans, equipment, systems and plant lifecycle plans and the like Maintain responsibility for the delivery of complex projects to the required quality, schedule and budget Responsible for all facets of the Contiguous Systems Assets (CSA) management services, including asset management, project planning, project delivery and reactive and planned maintenance. Ensure that the maintenance services are provided 24 hours per day, 365(6) days per calendar year in accordance with the requirements of the Services Specification and Operational Phase Documentation. Key Experience & Capabilities: BSc, Eng or project management degree or equivalent technical or management experience required Direct Project Management history of $3M projects Thorough knowledge of leading and developing projects in the field of operation and financial management Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others Proven experience in project management including budget ownership/management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting and planning.
