A bit about your role The Senior Network Design & Integration Engineer within the Fixed Wireless technology leads the design, build, and maintenance of production-representative network test environments, ensuring they are robust, fit for purpose, and aligned with evolving requirements. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert, the role integrates complex network systems and IT interfaces, supports agile delivery, and drives continuous improvement across operational processes. Accountable for environment planning, build and maintenance, change assurance, incident resolution, and technical support, the engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Portfolio, Infrastructure, Delivery and Test Managers; to deliver high-quality, future-ready solutions. The role will mentor peers, promote standardisation, and contribute to strategic goals in automation, modernisation, and service assurance, fostering a collaborative and inclusive engineering culture. A bit about you The ideal candidate bring experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, with a strong foundation in IP edge, access, and core network integration. Holding a bachelor’s degree in electronics, telecommunications, or networking would be advantageous. They possess advanced certifications across network management systems and private/public cloud platforms. They demonstrate deep technical expertise in System Administration, VMware Suite, Kubernetes Ecosystem, Docker & Containerization and Cloud Compute & Infrastructure, alongside hands-on experience with multi-vendor infrastructure and system administration. Experience working with EMS and RAN technologies will be required to be successful. Known for their proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and ability to lead technical teams, they navigate complex challenges with discretion and deliver high-quality outcomes through effective planning and stakeholder engagement. The candidate must have demonstrated experience in building and executing integration testing environments involving RAM and EMS platforms across multi-vendor network ecosystems.
