As part of our growth, we are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. Key Duties and Responsibilities may Include but not limited to: • Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s menu and food standards. • Plan and organise kitchen operations, including food preparation, portioning, and plating. • Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all dishes. • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering food supplies as required. • Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment, complying with food safety regulations. • Train and supervise kitchen staff and apprentices to ensure kitchen efficiency. • Contribute to menu development and cost-effective planning. Qualifications : • 1–2 years of experience working as a Chef in a commercial kitchen or hospitality setting. • Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and handling procedures. • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
