Draftsperson - Builder Developer - North West Sydney About The Company: My client is a leading national medium-density builder-developer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality residential projects across NSW and beyond. With the majority of their upcoming projects in the House & Land space, they are investing in new systems to make their operations even more efficient. The Role: This is a unique opportunity for an Intermediate Draftsperson to step into a role that blends technical drafting with system implementation. You’ll be part of an 11-person drafting team, working closely with leadership to roll out Runway Proptech, a cutting-edge House & Land packaging tool. In the first 4–6 months, you’ll be heavily involved in the system’s set-up, importing data, writing formulas, and establishing processes. Once operational, you’ll manage the tool day-to-day, selecting and packaging land releases, up to 30 lots at a time for the sales team. You’ll also ensure all designs meet CDC compliance, a critical, non-negotiable aspect of the role. Your responsibilities will include: Setting up and running the House & Land packaging tool (Runway Proptech) Importing and managing land data, writing formulas, and ensuring accuracy Overseeing packaging for new land releases and liaising with the sales team Maintaining strict compliance with CDC requirements Working in ArchiCAD on design updates when required About You: You’re an Intermediate Draftsperson with: Proven experience in residential drafting (House & Land experience desirable) Strong knowledge of CDC compliance - non-negotiable Proficiency in ArchiCAD - essential Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a willingness to learn new systems A collaborative approach, you’ll be part of a close-knit, supportive team · Experience with Runway Proptech or similar packaging tools is a bonus, but not essential, training will be provided.
