We're looking for a Discipline Manager - Water, Environment & Industrial who's excited to guide and grow a talented team, engage in hands-on technical leadership, and contribute to projects that span the water, defence, buildings, industrial, transport and civil infrastructure sectors. Skills & Experience Required: - A degree in Chemical Engineering, or a Mechanical Engineering discipline. Postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded. - 15 years of consulting/design experience. - A collaborative approach to leadership and problem-solving. Chartered Engineer (CPEng) status (or ability to attain within 6 months). - Proven experience managing teams and delivering complex projects. - Technical expertise in water, defence and/or industrial infrastructure, complemented by a well-connected business network in SA to help strengthen and grow our local capability. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire others.
