The Emergency Management Program leads the Department of Children and Families emergency preparedness, response and recovery efforts including for the Welfare Functional Group under the Territory Emergency Plan. The Senior Program Officer works to establish and maintain the agencyâs capabilities for the implementation of Disaster Recovery Funding and supports emergency procurement planning and contracting to ensure compliance and readiness.
