Role Overview This role sits at the heart of operations improvement - where your technical skills, analytical mindset, and hands-on approach will directly shape production outcomes. You'll be tasked with assessing current manufacturing performance, identifying areas for change, and designing and delivering practical solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help embed improvements that support both immediate gains and long-term process stability. What You'll Be Doing Lead end-to-end process improvement projects - from assessment and solution design through to implementation Map current production processes and identify areas of inefficiency or constraint Apply lean and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance performance Monitor and analyse key production metrics to validate project success Build and present robust business cases to support change and investment proposals Partner with engineering, operations, and site leadership to ensure long-term adoption of solutions What You'll Bring We're looking for a hands-on Process Engineer who's not afraid to get into the detail and drive meaningful change. You'll have a strong track record in food, FMCG, or similar manufacturing environments, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
