The successful candidate will be exposed to budgeting, job costs, business processes & reporting, estimating, procurement & shared services teams of Mazzei Group. About the role – Estimating Cadet Reporting to the Estimating Manager you'll contribute to ordering any additional works outside of previously determined project scopes, ensuring accurate and timely raising of Purchase Orders in Data build, and allocate appropriate Additional Works Purchase Orders (AWPO) codes, amongst other tasks as required. Key Responsibilities: Review Click homes requisitions to ensure accuracy and completeness. Raise purchase orders in Databuild for each requisition, following the company's procurement guidelines and processes. Allocating AWPO codes to projects and cross-referencing them as required. Conduct monthly reporting to track performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and target AWPO per division/team. Provide AWPO process support to Site, Estimating, and Procurement teams Collate data for review to target process improvement & cost reduction. Identifying data trends and assist in providing solutions to manage project cost.
