The Role As the key link between warehouse operations and customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of products. Working closely with the shipping team and external partners, you'll manage end-mile delivery, build strong relationships, and contribute directly to customer satisfaction. This position also offers excellent exposure to Warehouse Operations, Port Operations, and Domestic Transport-with clear opportunities for growth within the organisation. Key Responsibilities Coordinate product shipments with internal teams and 3PL partners to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. Serve as a first point of contact for customer queries, dispatch requests, and escalations. Support inbound and outbound operations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Foster strong partnerships with customers, warehouse, and transport providers. Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline operations. About You Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service (warehouse, transport, or 3PL coordination advantageous). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities. A proactive problem solver with the ability to adapt quickly.
