We are seeking a full-time Administration Assistant to join our client's site office at Symonston (Mugga Lane). This is a great opportunity for a recent school leaver or someone starting their career in administration, with hands-on training, a supportive environment, and room to grow. What you'll do: Provide general admin support, including data entry, record management (SharePoint), scanning, filing, and archiving Coordinate meeting agendas, toolbox talks, and safety minutes Process and distribute dockets, mail, emails, and correspondence Manage PPE, uniforms, and safety equipment (stocktake, ordering, supplier liaison) Receive and reconcile deliveries; raise Purchase Orders as required Review staff attendance and timesheet notes in Time Management Software Maintain and update records, qualifications, and licences in SharePoint and HR systems Assist staff with basic IT and mobile troubleshooting Greet and assist visitors, answer phones, and liaise with customers, contractors, and suppliers Provide ad-hoc support to Accounts and Weighbridge Operators when short-staffed About you: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Positive, professional, and organised Strong communicator with attention to detail Willingness to learn and develop new skills Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel) SharePoint experience (advantageous) Current driver's licence (essential) Why apply?
