About The Role As the Business Analyst, supporting the Operations business units/costs you will take ownership for, analysing data and pulling together the findings to enable business leaders within Operations to make strategic decisions. You will thrive on drawing conclusions from data, applying various statistical techniques, and development strategies to support key stakeholders. What You’ll Do Your everyday work duties can vary considerably, there are some activities that you will usually do, they include: management accounting, cost reporting, budgeting & forecasting for business overheads, while leading the way with continuous improvement for all processes. Other tasks include: Undertake monthly analysis on warranty, logistics and warehouse expenses. Work with Peace of Mind (Aftermarket) team to provide support Participate in activities, initiatives & projects to assist the business in meeting working capital KPI’s within areas of responsibility. Business partner with Operations Director & regional teams, presenting monthly results. Implement processes aimed at driving cost saving initiatives. Prepare commentary of month end actual results, including explanations of significant variances to budget, forecast & last year. Provide timely financial information for consolidation reporting by the Finance team, complying with group & company policies, standards & schedules. Liaise with Sales & Quality teams with respect to issues impacting on Operations, such as sales promotions, product launches, product run-outs, endemic faults, recalls & rework. Strategic planning, budgeting, quarterly & monthly forecasts for the Transport, Warehouse & Warranty Costs including upload to TM1. Oversight of warranty provisioning and ensuring shared services calculation is appropriate. Maintain reporting systems for operations and warranty costs including Power BI reports Operations investment requests and business cases including cash flow modeling. Present warranty financial results at the monthly quality meeting Maintain internal control procedures to meet Electrolux Control Systems (ECS) compliance and ensure adherence to company policies. Monitor Logistics expenses and ensure the expenses are accurately captured and reported as required per Accounting Manual. Experienced Required: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial finance environment Management Accounting or Analyst or someone from a Big 4 Audit Firm. A team player able to operate effectively with both finance and non-finance professionals. Business related Degree Qualification CA or CPA qualification or membership Power BI and SAP experience preferred Advanced skills in all Microsoft applications. Why work for Electrolux?
