Open for less than a year, our centre offers a fresh and inspiring environment where you can truly make your mark. As a Diploma Educator , you will play a key role in your room’s daily operations, ensuring high-quality education, strong routines, and a warm, inclusive environment. You’ll work alongside a passionate team of educators to deliver engaging programs that nurture each child’s growth and development. Responsibilities Lead and guide the educators in your room, fostering teamwork and professional growth. Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality learning programs in line with the EYLF and NQS. Maintain effective routines and a safe, organised, and engaging learning space. Champion the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care. Build strong, respectful relationships with families and keep them informed of their child’s progress. Support the centre’s culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.
