Male Disability Support Worker – Ascot Vale We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate MALE Disability Support Worker to support a 54-year-old Scottish gentleman living in his own home in Ascot Vale. Client is a friendly, social man who enjoys watching footy matches and visiting local cafés. He values good company, a sense of humour, and clear communication. Location: Client's home in Ascot Vale Client: Male, 54, post-stroke with left-side paralysis and mild cognitive impairment About the Role You’ll provide person-centred support with: Personal care Manual handling (essential skill) Medication administration (training provided) Community access & companionship Light domestic assistance Shifts available: Monday, Wednesday and Weekends Shift 1: 7:30am – 3:00pm Shift 2: 4:00pm – 9:00pm About You Manual handling experience is a must Kind, patient, and great with communication Enjoys a laugh and building genuine connections Comfortable around pets (Client has 2 dogs and 2 cats) Open to training in medication administration and infection prevention control Why Join Us?
