Job description This role is based at a Level III Supported Accommodation Facility in Clayfield. About the role: Reporting to the Accommodation Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for the running of the day to day operations of the office. You will also assist in the co-ordination and administration of tenancies. The role is a casual position with a consistent roster of 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday, or similar by negotiation. The ideal candidate: Ideally, you are individual with a proven track record of professionalism, reliability, and loyalty in customer-service roles with an interest in mental health. You will have strong software skills, an eye for detail as well as excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will also have compassion and experience working with those facing various life challenges, including interacting with people living with mental illness and disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess: An interest in Mental Health A thorough and detailed approach to tasks Strong computer skills (primarily Office applications) Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (written and oral) Cash handling skills Basic accounting skills A polite and friendly manner Proficient time management skills High personal, professional and ethical standards An ability and willingness to learn the Residential Services industry, including standards and guidelines.
