Organisation Our client is an established Not for Profit organisation that has worked within the community providing a range of services to all areas of the welfare sector. It has a reputation for excellence and strong team culture. The Role This is a newly created role due to expansion. You will be working in the North Sydney region and supporting elderly clients on CHSP. The role is mainly autonomous but there is a team of Physiotherapist to support you. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized physiotherapy care plans Deliver high-quality, in-home therapeutic interventions to optimize mobility and independence Collaborate with care teams and escalate clinical concerns as needed Mentor Physiotherapy Aides in delivering treatment plans and exercise programs Maintain accurate documentation in line with aged care legislation Promote a safe work environment by reporting risks and incidents Selection Criteria A degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration Minimum 2 years’ post-graduate experience, ideally in community or aged care settings Strong clinical knowledge and experience delivering in-home care Excellent communication, time management, and digital documentation skills A current NSW driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (with CTP and TPP insurance) Passion for improving the lives of older adults through compassionate care Other info This role is available immediately and is on a first come first serve basis.
