ABOUT THE ROLE An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced litigator to join a growing commercial disputes team. This role offers a genuine balance of commercial litigation and insolvency matters, acting for a diverse client base including leading Australian corporates and high-net-worth individuals. You'll work directly with senior lawyers on complex disputes, reconstructions and insolvency proceedings, while managing your own matters with autonomy.
