Senior Civil Engineer - Sydney Senior Civil Engineer (Stormwater) required to join a leading Australian civil engineering consultancy in their Sydney office. You will lead the delivery of major stormwater and water resources projects across Sydney. This consultancy has an excellent reputation in Sydney and across Australia. They have an established and high-performing team with a strong pipeline of projects. Salary and Benefits Salary: $130k - $150k (depending on experience) Extra day off every two weeks Excellent Culture Flexible working arrangements promoting work-life balance Opportunities for career progression and professional development Exposure to high-profile projects Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of stormwater, drainage, and flood management projects Provide technical leadership and conduct reviews of modelling and design work Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation Manage stakeholder engagement with clients, councils, and authorities Requirements Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (recognized by Engineers Australia) Chartered Engineer status (or actively working towards it) 5 years' experience in stormwater, drainage, or water resources engineering Ideally proficient in one or more of the following software's: TUFLOW, HEC-RAS, DRAINS, or 12D.
