Job Description: Social Worker - Grade 2 (General Medicine) Progress your career Friendly and dynamic team Permanent, full-time position based at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne, Fitzroy About the Role An opportunity currently exists for an experienced Grade 2 Social Worker to join our team on a permanent basis. At St Vincent’s we have an approach to working with patients which puts them at the heart of their care. This position will work with patients admitted to the General Medicine Units at St Vincent’s Hospital, Fitzroy. To be successful in this position, it is essential that you have experience working in an inpatient hospital social work position.
