About the role In our Customer Service Coordinator role you will have the opportunity work directly with and learn from a team with substantial experience Water and Sewer industry. At Viadux we work with our customers to help grow their business and deliver exciting projects. You will need to have the drive to foster strong relationships with our customers, suppliers and the wider network. Your day-to-day Process stock availabilities, price quotations, give order status advice and technical information of general sales order enquiries. Coordinate externally sourced stock purchasing and accurately input purchase details into computer system in a timely manner. Coordinate both small and large infrastructure projects across NSW and the ACT. Develop and follow up customers, quotes and tender submissions via Salesforce. Excellent commination skills are paramount to success in all facets of this role. Ensure compliance with company’s policies and procedures, the Act and other regulatory requirement.
