Join a dynamic and growing transport operation in Melbourne's western suburbs. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Fleet Supervisor to oversee our client's afternoon shift operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient fleet coordination, adherence to wharf time slotting schedules, and maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate fleet operations during the afternoon shift. Ensure compliance with wharf time slotting requirements. Supervise and support a team of drivers and logistics personnel. Monitor and optimise fleet performance and productivity. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Utilise Freight Track and other logistics software to manage and track shipments. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience in fleet supervision, specifically within wharf operations and afternoon shifts. Proven expertise in wharf time slotting and compliance. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in logistics software; experience with Freight Track is advantageous. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
