About the Role: As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leadership teams to drive people strategies, provide expert HR advice, and support a high-performing and engaged workforce. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture, and implementing key HR initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Providing HR business partnering support across a diverse workforce. Leading HR initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, and organisational development. Advising on employee relations, industrial relations, and workforce planning. Overseeing HR policies, compliance, and employment law requirements. Driving initiatives related to diversity, inclusion, and culture enhancement. Supporting leaders with coaching, change management, and engagement strategies. About You: Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field, with demonstrated experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR role. Strong expertise in employee relations, industrial relations, and compliance. The ability to partner with leaders and influence organisational outcomes. Experience in HRIS systems, workforce analytics, and HR project delivery. High-level problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to workplace challenges.
