They will manage all your onboarding, expenses, pay, roster, and ensuring that you are a good fit for the Aged Care home. All placements will allow you to work as much and as little as you want. There is a mixture of AM, PM, Nights and Weekends on offer - a great opportunity to earn penalties! About You Minimum 12 months of nursing experience in aged care (preferred) in Australia. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to new environments. Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high standards of care.
