In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end audit process, providing assurance and advisory support while engaging with stakeholders across our retail and supply chain operations. Your key responsibilities include: Lead and deliver internal audits across a wide range of business areas, including supply chain, retail operations, finance, compliance, and IT. Develop and present risk-based audit plans, scope documents, and reporting in line with Internal Audit methodologies and professional standards. Provide practical recommendations to strengthen governance, risk management, and internal controls. Partner with functional leaders across the business to drive improvements and add value beyond assurance. Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies, tools, and reporting practices. Play an active role in building a strong audit culture, in a flexible work environment. About You… We are looking for an Internal Audit professional who thrives in a hands-on, lean team environment where agility, collaboration, and professional judgment are key. You will bring: Strong communication skills, professional curiosity, and enthusiasm. Experience in Internal Audit, either within industry (retail/supply chain preferred) or professional services (Big 4 / mid-tier firm). Strong understanding of risk management, governance, and internal control frameworks. Proven ability to manage the end-to-end audit cycle, including stakeholder engagement at senior levels. Commercial acumen with the ability to translate technical audit findings into practical business solutions. CA/CPA, CIA, or other relevant professional qualification. Why Join Us?
