Be part of the change Windlab is on the lookout for a driven Health Safety and Environment Manager – Delivery, to lead the charge in embedding world-class HSE practices across our cutting-edge wind energy projects. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with the Project Director and key stakeholders to shape and champion a strong HSE culture across our Delivery portfolio. You’ll be the go-to expert for implementing and evolving our HSE Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of safety and environmental stewardship.Your mission? To be a visible advocate and role model for HSE excellence—building trust, driving performance, and making a real impact on the ground. You will be based in Brisbane and required to undertake regular travel to project sites within Windlab"s Delivery portfolio with the current focus on our Gawara Baya Wind Farm project situated on the Gugu Badhun Country ((Upper Burdekin - North Queensland). What sets you apart You’re a seasoned HSE professional with a solid foundation in safety and environmental management. You have strong skills in governance, assurance and driving project culture, backed by suitable OHS qualifications and environmental experience. A Batchelor’s degree or post graduate qualifications will set you apart. You are qualified and experienced as a lead auditor and incident investigator. You bring deep expertise across civil and electrical infrastructure projects, with wind farm experience highly regarded. You know your way around Australian and Queensland regulations and have a strong track record in building HSE culture, managing environmental impacts, and are experience with EPBC and State Development Approvals. We’re looking for someone who leads with integrity, communicates with impact, and thrives in dynamic, remote environments. You’ll be a strategic thinker, a practical problem solver, and a trusted mentor—ready to influence, inspire, and deliver results that matter.
