About You · You hold a Master’s qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Social Work · Registered with ASORC, AHPRA or AASW · Full working rights along with a full Australian Driving License The Role As a Rehab Consultant, you’ll be the trusted guide supporting injured individuals as they step back into the workforce. · Supporting clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions. · Collaborating with a wide circle—building relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference. · Identifying barriers and designing tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration. · Visiting workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
