About the Role As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing a specialist portfolio of products across a defined territory. This is a hands-on role that combines technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and proactive territory management. Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly sales targets for designated product groups. Develop a strong understanding of product operations and applications. Build and maintain an updated territory plan and customer database. Schedule and conduct weekly client visits, with forward planning of activities. Record customer data, opportunities, and quotes in the CRM system. Prepare sales reports and forecasts. Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product specialists to maximise opportunities. Proactively prospect for new business while nurturing existing accounts. Represent the business at training, trade shows, and industry events. What We’re Looking For Background in engineering, mechanical trade, or related technical field. Minimum 3 years’ field sales experience (medical/technical sales preferred). Strong technical aptitude and passion for innovative technologies.
