As our Construction Superintendent , you’ll step into a key role overseeing projects across subdivisions, earthworks, drainage, remediation, sporting facilities, and large-scale infrastructure. Acting as the independent link between principal and contractor, you’ll be trusted to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. But this role is more than just contract administration. You’ll: Lead projects end-to-end, sometimes as Project Leader Mentor and guide project teams, building capability across the business Take ownership of WHS, quality, and compliance standards Work closely with clients, shaping strong and lasting partnerships Influence design and delivery outcomes with your technical insight Your background: Civil Engineering degree or diploma (or equivalent experience) Strong background in superintendency and contract administration (AS4000, AS2124, etc.) Hands-on knowledge of roads, drainage, utilities, subdivisions, and infrastructure The confidence to lead, the skill to solve problems, and the drive to deliver results.
