About the Role As Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in the success of the Noosa store. You'll lead from the front, bringing energy, passion, and drive, while coaching and developing the next generation of retail talent. You'll also have the chance to treat the store like your own business, with access to KPI and Profit & Loss reporting to help you boost sales and control costs.
