A Service Delivery Coordinator plays an important part in keeping our fleet running safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for vehicle compliance, equipment coordination, and day-to-day support for our operators across NSW and beyond. What You’ll Do Oversee all aspects of vehicle compliance - registrations, servicing, inspections, and licensing Support tow truck operators to remain compliant with policies, permits, and performance standards Coordinate minor truck repairs, manage after-hours breakdowns, and maintain strong supplier and repairer relationships Manage truck stock, equipment, and test & tag schedules Collaborate with the operations team to ensure resources are in place to meet KPIs, contracts, and customer demand Assist with incident investigations, complaints, and resolution processes Keep fleet facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained Generate reports, process invoices, and maintain accurate fleet administration About You To succeed in this role, you will bring a mix of organisation, problem-solving, and people skills.
