Our client, a leading financial services practice based in the heart of Toowoomba , is seeking a permanent, full-time Financial Planner to join their growing team. The successful candidate will develop and manage a new and existing client base by providing strategic advice and guidance in the areas of superannuation, risk, wealth creation and investment. Applicants for this role should have the following skills: Experience and/or the ability to deliver comprehensive and high-quality personal financial advice to match client needs The ability to develop comprehensive strategies across wealth creation, retirement planning, investments, and more. Experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships based on trust and exceptional service. A willingness to actively seek new clients and business opportunities to expand our client base. Candidates should also possess the following qualifications and experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Adviser Be passionate about servicing clients and interested in an opportunity for the long term Relevant tertiary qualifications and have met or working towards FASEA requirements Strong compliance, technical knowledge around legislative and regulatory requirements to provide quality advice in the client’s best interest Strong sense of professionalism and a client-centric approach Commercial mindset Annual Salary to be negotiated depending on skills and experience.
